Just remember to use a camera stabilizer, I've been using the Cam Caddie Scorpion, the difference in quality is drastic. It's so much smoother these days and they are pretty low-cost.

Did you do this with adobe premier??

How did you do those freeze frames around 3:20 when you would show the video playing then freeze on the couple walking in, then continue the video..
