In Pursuit of Justice: Prosecuting Terrorism Cases in the Federal Court, written for Human Rights First by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP partners Richard B. Zabel and James J. Benjamin Jr.
Why then the DOJ's lawyers who are the foot-soldiers of the Israeli Lobby steer the terrorism cases to the pro-Israeli judges? There is a compelling pattern. As it is in the cases of Israeli spies on America whose cases are steered to the courts of Israeli Judges who do not give them a single day in jail. Did you guys look in to that? I bet not.
Not discussed here is the problem with the violation of rights to citizens of these United States. Our communities are not battlefields, yet the police would abuse the concept of terrorism to quash our inherent rights under the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
I concur with the speakers at 2:00 - established failure analysis reveals the natural human response to evoke a new system in what is perceived as a new threat consistently produces propagation of the initial failure in a spectacular fashion.
