@TheComputerCriminal bro my knee has been messed up for about 2 months because of football and I went to the doctors and he said that my ligaments were all fine and my left knee should feel better because my bone was bruised but I can't bend it %100 and it still kninda hurts when I do knee hugs. Do u think it might be that meniscus thing?
I'm 16 and football was once my life. I had a partial meniscectomy 10 weeks ago and i'm still definitely not 100%. There is still pain inside my knee at times, for instance if i was to lay on my right side with my left knee up and bend my left knee (i had part of the medial meniscus taken out) it hurts and feels like theres a harsh transition going on inside my knee. Day to day activities don't cause pain it's just running which i desperately want to get back into. Any help appreciated.
hey, i have a problem with my knee, i just sprained it playing basketball and yes i heard it pop. and i went to the doctors they just told me to ice and elavate. so i did, and now it feels like there is something in the back of my knee keeping me from bending me knee upwards. if anyone thinks they can help message me please.
This is very informative. So why when I crouch down, do both knees now make a crunching sound, like someone wadding up a piece of paper ? No pain, just weird.

@Drebln893 X-ray? For a ligament? No buddy x ray will do no good. He has to go to a good doctor and get himself clinically examined first!

Xrays will not help. If anything you need an MRI. Then you will have to decide what to do about the result. Not every ligament needs to be repaired.

@KillaKliff101 ...Trust me...you have snapped a ligament...Doctors can be real punks with their over view...GO BACK IMMEDIATELY AND DEMAND AN XRAY
