this was supposed to be saturdays workout but the gym was closed when i went there. poops. so here it is the following monday morning :) this wasn't really a heavy workout

my back didn't feel ok until the snatches were done. during though, very painful to bend over but by the time i started the clean and jerks it felt fine. I should have gone up the ladder to find a 1rm for today but it didn't cross my mind at the time. i want to start doing that more often.

  • Today I will video the new arm design and take off my other vids. I also made a special short arm that attaches to a human forearm that gives a unique and versatile way of punch/mitt/kick-pad train.

    It's funny, "arm blocking" has become my new "target shooting" hobby. The shooting I did for accuracy, the blocking I do to see how fast I can get myself to react. Must say, a rather unique hobby. :)

    They're available but most don't see the reason. I say, then knock yourself out. :)
