@th1sisnotr I dont think you understand the role of a defensive midfielder. they dont need to get goals.fergies got plenty of wingers and strikers to do that. Ok keane was more defensive however veron was a attacking midfielder and scholes was deffo attacking coz he coulnt tackle for shit. Look at Claude Makelele in my opinion, the best defensive midfeider to play in the premership. His whole 5 seasons at chelsea he only got 2 goals on over 200 games. You do need a creative midfielder tho

@th1sisnotr Ok first of all Wenger did know how to play Nasri, Wenger always plays a diamond formation and Fabregas always played at the top. Hence why Nasri was stuck out the left. Whenever Fabregas was missing Nasri slotted in. 2nd of all If you been to a united game when fletcher was playing you would know that fletcher is so underrated. He along with ji-sungs work rate is exceptional! all the cleaning up in midfield, tackling, setting up nd linking play. 3rd the title is allready blue!
