makes no sence the seller gets a statement from the buyer/nonprofit of zero so how does the owner prove his zero bill of sale equals 50,000.00 to his tax firm from a apraiser lol very funny so your saying these apraisers are prepairing the people with a 50,000.00 tax deduction with out donating their homes am I stupid or what lol wont fly in the USA dude!

I just wanted to share that I got myself a free house sort of this way where the owner was desperate to get rid of his property. =) He donated to a local church and asked whoever get the house help pay for half the property tax owed. Some qualification have to be met but I only dealt with the realtors that was apart of this so it's not a self dealt. I don't know what this guy is saying but I got mine house for free plus property tax and yes legally, end of story. happy me happy him.
