Gay marriage will one day be one of those things that are unquestionably legal, like women's suffrage or interracial marriage.

Women's suffrage was a long uphill battle, too. Women gained the right to vote STATE BY STATE, rather than a federal amendment.

You're very right Jerby as to why it is okay for infertile couples to become married, as long as their heterosexual. I think that the fact in this country that we separate church/state isn't a fact at all. It's a lie, because if we did separate church and state, then why do we have this gay marriage issue? I don't think that a church should be forced to marry anyone they do not want to, but, the government should not interfere with marriage between 2 consenting adults.

You are so right!!!! If getting married is just about kids then why does the law allow infertile heterosexuals to marry and old people? Shouldn't they be forbidden marriage if gays should because of the kids thing?

Gender doesn't matter Love is love, it doesn't matter who the love is between, and i believe people should be themselves, those who hide will not find true friends or true love until they show their true colors.
