  • I'd love to start doing this but I see that these are courses which run over a period of time (12 weeks if I'm correct). What happens after that ?

  • For beginners there are 12 week courses and 2-day courses with more or less the same content. After that there are continual classes so that you can continue and - for those who wish - there is an option to grade as well. I am training with Patrick Cumiskey for a number of years and the classes are never boring.

  • Ok, thanks for the answer.

But what I get from the website is that at this moment after that 12 week course (mine would have to be in Dublin then) he is travelling further across Ireland ?

  • Courses continue throughout the year! Firstly Patrick has a team of instructors that works with him and continues the training in case he is unavailable and secondly the courses in other parts of Ireland are only 2-day courses. So no need to be concerned. Once you have done your 12 week course you will definitely be able to continue.

  • holy shit, audrey mcgrath is fine in this video!!!!

  • I have completed the weekend / 12 week course with Patrick Cumiskey and Krav Maga Ireland a number of times. It is excellent and a lot of fun too!

    :-)

  • this guy is very good

  • Note that when Jennifer Lopez Punches, Jennifer body's in moving backward instead of the punching pad!

  • Krav Maga Ireland female students are much better than Jenifer Lopez.

  • I think Jennifer Lopez should improves her hand strikes and put more shoulder and side of the torso into each strike. Think: If the opponent would get one mediocre punch and it would not move him, why repeating it make any difference?

  • 3:44 I think you're in with a chance there

  • Good to know, cheers for the info.
