Belly dancing doesn't matter the size it matters of how you dance and how well you know the moves and how much that you are into it. So. don't ever allow no one to tell you that it's only for certain weight, size, or height.

The move you are talking about is layering which means you do two steps at once. That is while you shimmy you do a belly rolls. It can be done with lots of patience and concentration :)
