Ottawa Historian discusses his article published in newest edition of the International Journal of the History of Sport.
He argues Frank McGee should have been rejected from military service in WWI because of his disability.
He was blind in one-eye. However he was accepted because of his ability as a sportsman and his reputation as Canada first hockey super-star.
