yea, kick-start and stimulate. because make-work jobs are real jobs, career jobs. and because we need to lower our carbon for climate "change". in response to "global warming" ... the part they don't tell you is that this smart grid will monitor everything you do inside your own home.

Every roof that is able should have a solar panel and or wind turbine and instead of spending billions to rape the earth spend time money and ingenuity to be able to store all we create and use what is free. oooo Wait no profit or control silly me forgot

The problem IS the grid. Why does it only take 1 tree to knock out an entire city's power? The grid. Why does it take 14 days to restore power after a hurricane? The grid. A bird can take out an entire town's power but yet you can stick a box on my house and it'll be smart? Do you mean that it can smartly figure out how much you should charge me for my energy usage versus my neighbor?
