Did super squats 100kg after 7-8 sets of 120kg for triples. 21 reps to be exact actually.

  • Well, I agree it is not a complete squat, but neither is it a 1/2 squat. Body was rather stiff that day from a football game from the day before.

    I use to Squat about 5-8cm to reach the floor on every rep.

  • Great work man as far as the weight and doing super squats.!!!!!......

    but technically your butt should be the first thing that moves in a sqaut... not your knees.......

    you prolly know this already, but yeah your knees should only go slightly over your toes, thats what protects you from knee injury..

    it should feel like you're somewhat mostley on your heels but still balanced.

    but good back/sholders and reps though... everything else was perfect...!
