I then love cutting mine up, adding butter and a nice big splash of lea & perrins worc sauce. Mmmmmmm.

Great recipe ! It makes the potatoes moist and cirspy at the same time ! sort of like heathy fries :) It is so much better then just throwing raw potatoes in the oven - then they do get crispy but they are too dry !

I do this now when ever I boil potatoes. A few sprigs of thyme or rosemary, smashed garlic cloves and some bay leaves. The potatoes come out nicely seasoned with a subtle herb and garlic flavor.
