And have new missions instead of the same guy that needs to be rescued from the roof 100 times. (I am not sure if Career mode has other missions but on User Mode I got the same mission over and over again save for a boat rescue or a medic transport once or twice but mostly roof rescues)

EA Games should make a re-release of this with updated graphics for Sim City 3K cities. With today's Quad Core computers it will not be that hard to do and for anybody who has PC's from the late 90s there will be graphic settings you can configure.
Though they will need to make a Sim City 3K Urban Renewal Kit of course that comes with the package or be downloaded off the internet at the official website.

You don't even need Virtual Machine.
Just use CPUGrab on your PC. I open two instances of CPUGrab, set both to 60% and SimCopter works perfectly fine on my Windows 7 PC.

i got the disk images for win 98 can i put those on a cd and boot them on virtualbox?

Also I played it and sayed an unrecoverable operation occured. It will work still but will inturrupt. And why can't the graphics be old (bad) if our computers now can play extreme quality and graphics without lagging. My windows 98 kept crashig after I ended it. Why???

Compatibility with Win98 games are a bit risky because they will not work with today's DirectX. You are better off downloading Virtual Machine from the Microsoft website then installing 98 if you still have the disc, it is less risky. Also if something does go wrong then your virtual machine breaks, not your entire comp.

It worked for me!....just right click it and Select Compatibility select Windows 95/98 and it should work....still doesn't work? restart your computer and it works!
