  • mmm my fave still has to be starless and bible black but still this album blows my mind too.... And having Adrians vocal is inspired

  • How to explain, to someone who doesn't hear KC the way a devotee does, what KC sounds like to one who closely listens, and appreciates? How to explain our wonder in the intricate patterns that move apart then come together in ways first surprising and then pleasing?

I can't really put it into words, but if they can't hear what we fans hear in this song, perhaps they won't hear it anywhere in the KC collection.

  • @mentalrectangle you dont like the later stuff

  • This record is amazing as crap, but I'd have to argue that Red is my favorite. This is definitely a very close 2nd though.

  • @kayjay111111

This record changed my life. Music wasn't the same to me after listening to "Discipline"

  • The guitarwork in Frame by Frame is so comfortably intricate.

  • I rediscovered K C while a DJ at VSU, GA. This was as original as the invention of Hard Bop Jazz ( Parker' Monk, Roach, Gillespie. and Miles ) I listen to this today. 30 years old!! and it still would sound as farout and original if I were to hear it for the first time in 2011. Think about this. Woodstock 1969. 30 years ago form Woodstock 1939. Imagine the changes. So drastic

  • @mentalrectangle This was the best album released EVER!

  • @CasanovaExchange yes, look at the song "Reflection"...

  • @vaxkors95 I agree. The bassist of Tool fills in the sound good. But the guitarist is not that impressive.
