Not even close to the original. Turning this into a ballad does not work, nor does bringing the vocal down and getting rid of Steve Perry's amazing tenor sound. Instead of spending so much time trying to cover every other band on the planet with a top 40 hit, invest that time into your own songs and become a separate artist. You all have talent, use it.
