do you need to install a programme to use google street view or do you just go onto google maps and switch to street view?

it does so not work, I can not find an address in New York, it gives me everything but that address, it needs to be revamped, and use that address google, so you can finish making it work, all those damned satellites in space and they don't work, and its just garbage in space, someone better do something about removing some of that garbage and soon, because it doesn't look nice, how will the aliens park, there is no space out there, how dare you just think of yourselves, what about our visitors?
