Wind Controller... it's wierd. it has saxophone fingerings but sounds like an oboe... we're using again this year for ''Scenes of Trepidation and Tranquility"

What is the instrument that is playing the solo? In the original score it is for oboe, so I wanted to know. This is the best job I've heard a band play this on the field. I was at the concert where this song was originally played by the band that commissioned this work. It is a great band, it is called on you tube SJAWE, this song isn't online, but a bunch more are
