    Indeed, we always check in post surgery those patients to avoid additional air accumulates in the pleural space. But in 90% of cases, if the aspiration performed during surgery shows a negative pressure in the lungs, we do not observe any problem in the days ... remembering how painful it is a chest drain, the attempt to treat the disease without its application has always groped !

  • Very nice vid! Have you ever considered placing a chest tube? I've had some post-op problems with recurring pneumothorax.
