THIS IS IN A COMMUNITY CREATED MAP ON PC. This is one of the most detailed and amazing maps and easter eggs I've ever found in a campaign EVER. Anyone who has Left 4 Dead 2 on PC needs to download this and play it ASAP. Valve needs to update their servers for the new version, though.

Isn't it convenient that they happened to be recording, have the gnome out at the start despite it having no use other than to open the door, having the gnome itself since it has no use, look directly at the greeting box before it even spoke or lit up, knew that it was that thing talking, knew to place the gnome down, look up at the 1st 'Me Gusta' logo despite already looking there...ugh...i've only been up to 1:20 and it's clear they've done this previously. Bitches acting loud and surprised.

@Olliesama Oh, it's this comment again. I was recording for a playthrough video of the campaign. I always rescue the gnome, it's professional courtesy. I was looking for some good melee weapons, and walked over into the room. I didn't place the gnome down, it warped out of my hands when I got near the hole. The me gusta face is my spray, so obviously I looked there to spray it on the wall. I was genuinely surprised to find this, sorry for nerding out all over your keyboard. Your move, chuckles.

@CHAINGUNNA This is a PC only map...it was not released to consoles because it was not made by Valve. It was made by a member of the Left 4 Dead 2 mapping community.
