If you ever need some advice or get stuck in your weight lifting routine give me a PM or short video with what your looking to work on and move towards.
I've been studying health and nutrition for 5 years, weight lifting for 5 years, 2 years ago did my 1 year Gym Instructor and Fitness course as well as just finishing my 2 year Personal Training course.
You should know first off though and this is what people miss out on, the Training is only 20%, the other 80% is Nutrition.

You sir have inspired me to get fit. I think I am fat (I'm straight skinny but gay fat...lol) and I want to lose some weight and gain some muscle, get some bulk onto my "skinny" frame. I've started today - its a custom exercise program (we start out with easy home workouts and then build up) me and my friend made up. If we stick to it, hopefully by October we'll be seeing some major changes.

You look healthier too. Don't let the workouts interfere with your studies this year. Yes, I'm all about you studying.

Glad to see you're making progress in your fitness goals. But you're sexy just the way you are! And my dad is from St Paul & I never heard him or my grandmother use the phrase "oofta" but it sounds pretty Minnesotan to me. Ohya-u-becha!

@HOOPCITYDETECTIVE Most people dont say it probably, I rarely do, but probably in the northern regions of Minnesota/ the Iron range its more common. As well as with older people.
