位在台北市昆明街的中華餡餅粥,已經有20幾年的歷史了,傳說中會爆漿的豬肉餡餅,果然一口咬下去,滿滿的湯汁就滾滾流了出來,外皮酥脆內餡又厚又飽滿,這可是老闆從北方­師傅身上學來的真功夫唷。
最特別的撘璉火燒,長得超像大尺寸的鍋貼,仔細瞧瞧撘璉火燒的麵糰邊邊折了好幾折,長得很像從前書生們的包袱被帶,放上烤爐灑上油,一面平均煎個三到四分鐘,吃起來不但有­麵皮的口感,裡頭的豬肉餡又香又燙口,許多上班族中午就來買個一兩條,簡單便宜,香又吃得飽。
靦腆的老闆從年輕時就對這種北方食物很感興趣,特別拜師學藝,無論是店裡頭樣是豐富的小菜,還是牛肉捲餅專用的醬料,老闆統統自己來,研究幾十年下來的好手藝,外加上價格­平實,在如今什麼都漲漲漲的市場上,這樣的北方館子擄獲許多上班族的心。
