Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter - Hatshepsut Temple [All Secrets Found]

Talk about déjà vu.

For starters, what I wrote for my older videos for The First Encounter won't be repeated apart from where to find the secrets. Just thought I'd get that out of the way first and foremost.

Damn man, just look at that skybox. Okay, so the clouds don't move but whatever, it's a very nice skybox. If only the weather system in the game was dynamic rather than changing from level to level. No matter because damn man, just look at that skybox. To top it all off, sand dunes! No room for flat desert anymore when you've got sand dunes.

To this day, I still don't know whether to find the Croteam Heads and Fans charmingly endearing or just downright disturbing. At least, they don't constantly shout "Hey, wait!" like they used to.

Secret One: From the starting position of the game, head towards the pillars on your right to find a Secret Colt (0:09).

Secret Two: Head up the ramp and then turn left at the top. Jump onto the roof of the building off to the left of the ramp. You'll find some Secret Rockets (0:40).

Secret Three: Head up the ramp and then turn right instead of left. This time, jump onto the roof off to the right of the ramp. You'll find a Secret Rocket Launcher (1:08).

Secret Four (Mega Secret One): Head down the main ramp. At the bottom, turn left and blow open the door with a Rocket. The Croteam Heads will emerge and inside the passage is some Rockets and Armor (1:40).

Secret Five (Mega Secret Two): On the opposite side at the bottom of the ramp from Secret Four. Touch the door to open it revealing the Croteam Fans. Inside the passage is some Rockets (2:29).

Secret Six: Towards the far left corner of the desert across the sand dunes, you'll see a palm tree. Make your way over there to find a Secret Heart, some Shells and Rockets (4:39 - 4:42).

Also, if a stray rocket from a Bio-Mechanoid or your own rocket hits the palm tree, a flock of Scythian Witch-Harpies will spawn. So, be careful.

Secret Seven: Finally make your way back to the temple. Go to the right of the upper temple. Around the back, you'll see a patch of wall that is coloured differently. Touch it and the wall will lower revealing a Secret Double Shotgun (7:47).

first time I found those massive developer heads was when a friend and I were in the graveyard part in SS2. We almost shit our pants from fear, then pissed our pants in laughter.
