Goku is not demon. It is existence like the spirits of the earth who was born from a holy rock of a holy mountain named kakazan (meaning of mountain of the flower and fruits).

Man's effect might have kept wicked though it was pure existence.

They're demon who are aware of the youkai power within Goku body, since they use limiter devices too. So when I say "go read the manga", do so. I've read the manga several times before this conversation has happened and I've watched the anime several times as well. This has been over the course of an odd number of years. So how bout you check again?
