@jacobladders I do agree with you saying that it is a terrible thing, and I guess they were both somewhat different guitarists, though Hendrix was much better in I guess more of a playing style, but then it comes down to preference in song writing. ! thing for sure though, was that they were both great songwriters, guitarists and both had unique styles.

@fakieskate123 1st off theirs nothing bright about being a schizophrenic its very sad what happen to syd he became a schizophrenic when he dabbled into excessive usage of lsd very talented guitarist painter writer 2nd hendrix and barrett are 2 different types of guitar players and theirs no reason to say who's better than the other their both awesome musicians plain and simple
