Seeing her live, you get the impression that you are in the presence of someone very, very smart (and creative.) I have seen her three times, all amazing. The control she has over her body movements is impressive, and she invented many of the musical tools she uses. The last time I saw her, Lou Reed (her husband) was sort of a surprise guest, and that was just extra amazing. I recommend her real fans make an effort to see her live at least once. There were too many empty seats.
