To make a long story short. Officer Philip Parmidge or however you spell his last name was outside taking photos of a car. The owner was arrested the weekend prior on DUI, even after passing a breathelizer three times. I am not entirely sure why he was taking photos. So I will not speculate. The young lady who owns the car was visibly shaken up by the officer for targeting her.

See what happens when I take a camera out to document this act of intimidation by the brave officer. Caution. Video contains footage of a dangerous individual carrying a camera.

Enjoy.

The man with the dog is the boyfriend of the young lady who owns the car. He just happened to be walking his dog when this all happened.

I was pulled over after I left and was cited with four offenses.

1. No eye protection (motorcycle).
2. No helmet
3. Not changing my address
4. Not registering my motorcycle.

Yea. The police are there to "serve," you alright. Serve you right into a jail cell.

  • (Excerpt from Know Your Rights booklet UCLA)

You have the constitutional right to remain silent. In general, you do not have to talk to law enforcement officers (or anyone else), even if you do not feel free to walk away from the

officer, you are arrested, or you are in jail. You cannot be punished

for refusing to answer a question. It is a good idea to

talk to a lawyer before agreeing to answer questions. In general,

only a judge can order you to answer questions. THUMBS UP TO BE READ.

  • The police wonder why the public hates them, And why some of them get shot stand up for your unconstitutional rights!!!

  • That cop was at a gay bar getting his shit pushed last night.

What a loser cop. Loser gay cop.

  • Dumb ass storm trooper cop. It's people like him that give the few good police a bad name.

  • You are my hero right now!! You did exactly what you were supposed to in this situation. I have been trying to explain this truth of rights to people on here 4ever and I keep being told by the uneducted masses that you have to give your name and information when asked by an officer when no crime or possability of a crime hasbeen committed. No one will listen..Well folks you can see it for yourself right here. Thanks for this..Thanks a lot. Keep on fighting the good fight. Peace :)

  • its in the fourth amedment if a cop comes up to you like that you dont have to tell him your name and he cant do shit bout it

  • @jeenyus720 if you can film, why can't he take your picture? stupid dumbass

  • @deathgaze05 simple. dont fucking smoke weed you dumb ass fuck

  • hahaha "if i have to ask you again"... "what is your name?" lol what a dumb fucker cop

  • Never ever give your name or any information to police. As soon as you give your name, this takes away your rights, gives them jurisdiction over you and creates a legal process called JOINDER (look it up in blacks law dictionary 2nd Edition).

This asshole poleceman has to give you a reason why he is arresting you, and they use scare tactics to get that name out of you; even going as far as taking you to a police cell to intimidate and scare you. Once you give that name....you are toast.

  • What an asshole with the Spotlight. That was just pure retaliation. Very unprofessional.
