I hate how people are saying its "Creepy" when she pauses or just stares at you for a few seconds...IT GIVES YOU TIME TO ABSORB THE INFORMATION AND LET IT SINK IN...and think "ooooh aha okkk" its better than those annoying rushed teachers.

It's okay to have that pause because it gives the student or watcher the time to obsorb the information. I hope she is not being graded on continous talking. The silent makes it more personal and real.
