Tasting the Teenager Merlot in its Teenage Years

As you can see, during this stage of winemaking, we get to do a lot of tastings. In this video, I am tasting the 2009 Merlot which is almost over the alcoholic fermentation process. Though the wine is still very young and has a long way to go, it's already showing a preview of what it will taste like in the end. Soon enough, it'll end up in the hands of a wine lover who can appreciate it for what it is, a great Merlot!
