First of all, it's very hard to hack a shiny zekrom, because the game was designed to never encounter a shiny zekrom. SECOND, that zekrom isn't even shiny, it's just a regular zekrom that sparkled because of either hacking or video editing.

@ChainOfMemories100 it is Shiny. the regular one is gray-black and shines in blue hues (and red eyes)

while the shiny one is blue eyes, teal hue and green tail shine.

@RyMaster90 soft reset is when you save right before a legendary, start the battle, if its not shiny turn off ds, turn it back on and start battle again. repeating this process untill the legendary is shiny.

resharim and zekrom are programed in the DS cartridge not to appear shiny so Soft resetting wont help. so i think the only way to get a shiny zekrom is to hack

I have a shiny Reshiram and Zekrom and I didn't cheat I got them from a giveaway whoever wants them can have them I can always get another one

@animemanganation Ah I see,thanks and yes that is the only "Current" Way unless Nintendo decides to release a Shiny Zekrom/Reshiram Event.(Shiny Legenadaries are gained legit via Events)

2.The Current Arcues/Mewtwo Event are NOT Shiny but still nice to have.

3.Programmed not to be Shiny? you talking about Action Replay? I don't have Action Replay I just have my NDS Lite and my NDS Games.

@RyMaster90 well there is always soft reset untill you happen to encounter the shiny legend but the many are programed not to be shiny such as zekrom and raquaza. there is an arceus event going on right now but im not sure if its shiney or not but its worth looking into.

@animemanganation Maybe in the Future? The "LEGIT" Way for Legendary Shiny Pokemon is the Events. Last Shiny(NA) Legendary was Gamestop Entei,I think. I wonder what next will be though(If there is a next..)
