@lucywa13 i felt like that before too, like guys didnt wouldnt like me cause i didnt look pretty enough. there'll be guys that will think your beautiful because of who you are in the inside, and thats where true beauty comes from. someday there will be a guy that will think you look beautiful on the outside because of the person you are on the inside...not beause of what you wear. :)

it depends on the individual and how they portray themselves. a person male or female can be dressed appropriate and yet there behavior can be in a sense loose or disrespectful or vulgar. this generation is in a rush to grow up they no longer understand actual dating and getting to know one another or to be in a relationship that actually requires you (MALE/FEMALE) to be committed in the relationship and that it also requires individuals to communicate & compromise. people are different.

It is kind of hard for girls to believe these empty words when the very same guys who claim to hold these beliefs behave in ways that say otherwise. Maybe not these particular guys, but high school "Christian" guys in general.

Also, can we please stop demonizing girls, pointing the finger at them, and calling them sluts? Let's take a step back and ask why it is that girls in our culture continue to be reinforced/rewarded for "immodesty." Let's put the men/boys under the microscope, too.
