Two great actors. Each has three names. Each has an Oscar under his belt and is nominated for another. Yet they couldn't be more different.

So which one's more your speed?

  • noone can touch Daniel Day-Lewis.

  • By comparing you immediately downgrade one and their talents to heap praise on the other. A ridiculous process.

  • Dude, you change my mind. I am confused, so...Dan....no...Phi..no...Jesu....

  • "Huh?" hahaha

  • Daniel Day Lewis

  • psh all the way. i mean ddl had the best performance of these two in 'there will be blood' but psh had brilliant performances in so many like synecdoche, all pta films, capote, before the devil knows you are dead etc.

  • How about we get PSH and DDL in the same film??

  • Phil Parma.

  • only the black lady admitted she didnt know either

  • Daniel day lewis won an oscar on his first leading role ever. He plays in like one movie every 3 years and wins some type of an award. He has like 73 award trophy's in his house. His proformances leave you wandering if it was a movie or real life. And your trying to match him with Hoffman? Good Luck. DDL THE GREATEST!!!!

  • Seymour-Hoffman!

  • Both actors are grand. It's a matter of taste. Personally, Daniel Day Lewis gets under my skin. Emotionally, he takes me to the peaks.
