@AmehChuu as long as the fish properly frozen first. DO NOT EAT fish raw fish unless it has been frozen first. tuna is my favorite raw!

it should be if you bought them from a trusted shop... but if you're unsure about raw you can try the Anago (conger eel) it's cooked ^^

I've always been too scared to eat raw fish/meat because raw foods usually have parasites in them... is it safe to eat the raw salmon?

This recipe is all prep work and very little cooking, I like it!! It seems like a lot of work, but I gather if you slice/chop everything while the rice is cooking and the shrimp is boiling, this meal could be assembled in 20-30 minutes by one person!
