Operational Detachment Sierra is currently recruiting like-minded individuals to join our ranks. We are one of the most skilled clans out there, and we take great pride in what we do. People wishing to join should be motivated on becoming better and following orders, while still being able to have fun. All negative or flaming comments will be removed. Constructive criticism is welcome.

OD-S is very active in the community, participating in most events. Multiple members play in the Project Reality Tournament. We strongly believe in using Mumble and teamspeak. Communication is definetly one of our strong points. This said, you most definetly need a microphone to join.

If you are interested in learning how to operate assets, you have come to the right place. We have many asset whores, who have been regarded as the best operators of their favorite assets. We also have multiple strong infantry leaders, who have enough experience to know what they are doing at all times. If need be, we also have a few exceptional commanders, who have both commanded teams in the PRT.

With players both in US and EU timezones, the country you come from does not matter. We only ask that you understand both written and spoken English, and can also respond in both ways.

The clan consists of a few ranks, with the High Command at top, Air/Armor/Infantry leaders below and then our core members. We are not a realism clan, but we use a few real life ranks just to make things easier to understand and follow.
