The key is Incline.
Incline= walking up hill. Start of with a 3.0 incline and a 3.5 speed.
For beginner's make sure you add incline and speed in consecutive units. Ex: 3.0 (incline) and 3.5 ( speed)= 3.5 (incline) and 4.0 (speed)
just keep adding 5 to each until you reach your peak point, which for you might be 6.0 or 6.5 (incline) and 3.9 to 4.0 (speed) it might depend though.

For people who have more stamina and have experienced the treadmill more, you can go ahead and double the speed and incline.

Ex: 3.0 ( incline) and 3.5 (speed) = 4.0 (incline) and 4.5 (speed)
keep going that way until you reach your peak point.

Thanks guys!
