THIS recording certainly reminds me of the BEST year of my life ~ 1968 ~ it was a year of friends, parties, music and the love of my life, Kathy Marce. We dated until I was drafted in Feb. 69. By June of that year I was in Vietnam and by August she had written me for the last time "Ronnie, I simply cannot wait for you."

Loved this song when it came out in 1968 and still love hearing it today. They wrote many of the Monkees songs before going out on their own. Had a smaller follow up song called "Alice Long" that charted later in 1968.

I heard this song played on one of the Bewitched TV shows, and I think it was also on one of the I Dream Of Jeanie shows as well?, I know it was on Bewitched.

Is it possible that it could have made it's debut by way of being on those shows??
