The Wesley Snipes tells all tax scandal video

Snipes, 44, is charged with two counts of filing fraudulent tax returns. Prosecuters told the Associated Press that Snipes fraudulently clamed refunds totaling nearly $12 million in 1996 and 1997 on income taxes already paid. He faces a minimum of five years in jail for each conspiracy charge and up to a year on each failure to file charge.

That's right in America we are free individuals under the protection of the law and above the rule of law. Government is under the rule of law, anyone convicted of a crime or has taken oath of office is under the rule of law until they are released from oath or conviction. Government cannot tax beyond it's jurisdiction or creation of privilege . what you do for yourself is not commerce. The law is the law of the land not the law on the man. Wesley Snipes is a dumbass. In 1997, he filed his taxes and said he made $12 million. Then he hired someone that told him that he has a right to not pay taxes. So he amended his return showing that his income went from $12 million to $0. The IRS rejected it and Wes didn't file a return since then.

With all the penalties and interest, Wes is screwed. I guess that means we can enjoy his action movies for the next 30 years!

Income taxes is illegal in the USofA,there is no law stating you should pay taxes for your services/labour FACT!!,but please don't believe me research it yourselves.......
