Reporting neglect,theft, & violations of HIPPA law gets you nowhere with this place.Even though an employee knows who is doing the stealing & the vilolating they cont to keep the person employed.Its so sad to go to work, & be told by another resident that thier cash or wallet had been stolen and every one who works @ the place knows who the thief is. Its almost impossible to get written up or fired,b/c they need ppl so bad.There is only so much 1 good,honest person can do without cooperation.

I just started a job at one of thier locations in South Tx. I, like some have a heart,compassion, respect to work with elders; but at the place where I am at, many young women are aggravated & show thier disgust of working around them.They will tell you too, how some of the residents they have to care for often, "Get on thier nerves" and so on.They refuse to leave the job,b/c they say they need the job.
