Brawl is a unlingual language. I tried changing the language too but only the language of the warnings at the begining changes.

And how can I use those hacks? Should I put it on my Wii SD Cards or what? Is it for every version? Cause Pal is pretty getting on my nerves - -"

You can put those textures on al wii versions, but you need the HBC and the version of the codes according to the one you have on wii, i mean Ntsc-u and that kind of versions. You should check it on internet, if you find the codes, you shuld find also the tutorial on how to put them in.

Just copied a image from shadow and used photoshop to make look and pass on sonic texture.
