In the Judiciary hearing, Rep. Gohmert pointed out that Texas Federal Prosecutor, James Jacks' filings in court and his comments to the Dallas Morning News are not consistent. He pressed the Attorney General again on why they have not moved forward with the prosecution of CAIR.
