Not every lender is participating in the Hope for homeowners program. They don't have to because they aren't getting any funds from the Government. A lot of banks will also not offer this program either. The truth is that not everyone will be helped. Only a chosen few and the rest will lose their homes. Why can't we all just be honest.

We don't have to worry about staying away from this program because no lender will grant you this program to stay in your home. The lenders DO want your house and will foreclose on you the minute they get the chance.

Or they can deny people because they want to. The mortgage companies don't have to do anything they don't want to. Even Obama can't make them help homeowners. I guess that is life.

Hope for Home Owners Program is the last resort. The Gov. owns 50% of you home after 5 years. After one year the Gov. keeps 100% of your house.....Stay away from this progam!
