mandatory five year period of small-group child-raising led by a specifically trained kind of social worker. replaces early childhood education, and applies across the board regardless of occupation or life interests. when you have a child, you raise that child. removes the problem of absentee fathers, teaches the couple how to be effective parents, provides plenty of attention and quality care to the child, and offsets incidents of abuse. of course it requires massive reorganization of society.

You can't compare these notions to the nazi and get away with it. The nazis were malevolent in their intentions. Its like: ''weed out the unfit'' by way of laws and state institutions. It would lead to a really fucked up police state. Orwellian. You must have gotten confused somewhere. Forget that idea completely.
