Korean Food: Meat Balls (소고기 동그랑땡)

Ingredients:
2 Cups (14 oz) Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cooking Wine
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Korean Bread Crumbs
1 Egg




Yield: about 25 meat balls

This recipe will be salty enough to eat without any other sauce, so we usually eat them just plain. But if you want, you can dip this in ketchup or honey mustard sauce. How about in your meatball spaghetti? =D

for some religious reaso, i can't eat pork, can we use normal meat for this kind of recipes ^^

Could you do a recipe for pork dumplings..? My friends mom is a chef in the cafe at Kosco (korean supermarket) and she makes the best dumplings ever!! But she can't speak hardly any English so I can't get the recipe from her.
