A demonstration of the home made DrainBlaster2000 (A joke name started on an HVAC forum).
It consist of a 3" PVC tube. One end has an end cap on it. The other a cap with a 3/4" MPT outlet plumbed to a 3/4" ballvalve, clear flex connector, and then a 3/4" PVC slip fitting to attach to various PVC pipes.
On the side of the 3" PVC tube is also a typical automotive schrader valve stem used to add Nitrogen or compressed air.
I add 1/3 gallon of water down through the open ball valve. Then close the valve and charge the tube with about 100+ PSI of dry nitrogen (compresses air would work).
Then the entire tube can be carried to the service area and connected to the PVC drain. Preferably to a clean out tee BEFORE the trap, but hooking it up to the vent will work for casual preventive maintenance.
Intermittantly opening the valve quickly will shoot blasts of water into the drain. If it's a plugged drain, I just open the valve and allow the entire charge to flood the drain pipe.
If water makes it's way to the outside, you KNOW the drain is open. :)

Whats to keep the pressure from going back up to the condensor drain pan?

@DrumBass98
Nothing really. But going straight thru the tee puts 90% of the energy and water into the drain line and little back into the pan.
This was mostly used as preventive cleaning.
Stubborn clogs may need the pipe cut and a direct connection.

use a gallo gun. much easier!

LOL! Every once in a while people mention the gallo gun. They are too pussy compared to the drain blaster 2000. :) Kinda like a firecracker compared to a Nuclear Bomb! :p
I can hold my finger over the end of a gallow gun and pull the trigger and hold the pressure.
