Does a vehicle get to fire back when in Close Combat like normal models do (accounting for weapons etc), or is the only feature to a vehicle assualt the ability to break out of Close combat?

vehicles do not fight back in close combat unless the vehicle has a weapon score (ie Chaos Defilers)

if the genestealers have feeder tendrils -preffered enemy- they allways have a 3+ to hit in close combat

@robokilla12 that is a 4th edition rule. In 5th edition, they get to reroll if and only if their opponent has a weapon skill.

I don't think the Dred loses an attack when losing it's DCCW. It would lose an attack if it had 2 of them and then lost one.

You are correct, my reason was wrong... Immobilized walkers fight with one less attack.
