I saw Terry perform in NY and he was the first to say that there is only one Luther ... he is simply honoring him by doing his music ... and the show was amazing! He was very respectful ... and did a great job paying tribute to a great artist, Luther!

I went to school with Terry and must say I use to see him in the audiance all the time watching my band perform as I was the hot drummer during that time. I have watched him over the years and must say I am very proud of his work and what he's done to benefit Luther. All the other haters out there should just shut up. The hardest thing in the world is to please everyone. He's doing what God has directed him to do. Keep up the work Terry there will always be haters.

I think this is wonderful! Other celebs like Elvis and Sinatra have shows in tribute to them and LUTHER is every bit as deserving as they are. Way to go TERRY STEELE and keep it up!!! No one can compare to Luther, but I think Terry does a great job on this song and is giving it his all.

It's a nice gesture and he is giving it his best. But in no way does he have the vocal ability of LUTHER VANDROSS. I believe he was a co-writer for Here AND Now so him and Luther worked together in the past. But luther said an interview that when he revieved the project for Here and Now it was very raw and he had to arrange it so that it flow better. Luther was nice enough not take any credit for this song. It went to Terry and the other writer. He just won the Grammy as a vocalist.
