Bought this and it died two days later. Waste of $80. Can't even find a legitimate website for them. Very shady company. Do not buy.

My grand son has bought a tornado helicopter in London the rear motor (Soo9-19)is not working. Were could I get a replacement. I am from India.

We just purchased the Eagle II Copter at Toys R Us in NYC for a Christmas presnt. The copter had a defective part so I called the company. The customer service representative was very helpfull. They are sending me a new Copter, WOW, I only needed a new part for the copter. They had stated they are working with the manufacturer to obtain spare parts. My son is excited again as this was a Christmas present for him. Thanks to TOL inc and Alive Products for their help.

@robbelluk I called the customer services number on the side of the helicopter box in the end, and very helpfully, they sent me some spare blades - for free.

I bought one of your Eagle II RC helicopters from Harrods - where can I get spare rotor blades from please? They didn't sell them at Harrods, and I don't live in London anyway. I can't find them on your site or by searching online. Great helicopter, but it's not much use without the main rotor blades... they're really easy to break, so I need to get more spares!
