I filmed this protest march outside Civic Center. The cops converged on the crowd with full force.I tried to escape the mayhem but was shoved back by the cops and my camera blocked a baton hit. I felt in danger of being assaulted or arrested so I escaped to higher ground to document the 100 arrests that took place after. Somehow two provocateurs dressed like the rest stood outside the police line during the mass arrest. This is a great example of our police state with $50 million in DNC budget!

what a freaky scene with all of those militarized forces. That's not a good sight at all having one of those ape masks staring at you. With no identification and no accountability they could be foreign troops and who would even know. And boy are these guys abusive- not exactly the type we want "taking care of us for our own good".
But I expect these types of "police" officers to become more and more common here in the United States of America, where the people are now the subjects.
