  • thats a very recording of this for high school... hey i see that your the bass trombone so learn to pound the triplets on that low a to b flat. im playing this to at the moment and it is by far the hardest part in the song... and why was there a drum solo before the soli section?

  • my director wanted more solos for the drums.

    so he addedd it.

  • Holy crap....

  • ... i'd really like to know what's so hard about this, my main's clarinet and i can play 1st tenor no problem on this, sure some things have a "weird" feel to them but it's nothing difficult. personally i love playing the beggining in a soloish tone =)

  • it ok nothing that fancy

and what was up with that ttrombone soli and the fall before the solo section?

  • the 8th grade jazz band im in we might play this for our final concert

  • This wasnt the one we actually played, it was an easier version because we had lots of 7th graders and some new 6th graders.

  • I was the lead trombone in this vid, just practice it everyday, and you'll get it. Try alternate positions for the high C(?) I forget what note it is on top but i'm pretty sure it's a C. Try it in like 3rd or w/e, just mess around. Some positions are easier.

  • Connor i know thats you, and anyway i (Lead Trombone) can almost play it to...

  • oh ok

  • it was good the only mistakes i found were the unclear bass trombone triplets, it seemed to have uneven tempo, the solos were pretty good, what do you score in competition? high 80's.

  • Great song! Nice job!
