  • What's the lick at the end T? At least give me a mode or scale...something to work with?

It has a C#min11 quality, that's about all I can figure out.

  • LOL, very good! If you mean what I think you do:

    going down in pitch B, G#, F# E

    Up G#

    Down E

Up F# G# B C# E then either F# or G#. If you say it is a minor II sound to you, then it may be an F#. I am doing this in my head, not with sound, so...

But hey, you got it. BTW, it repeats up an octave.

    Thanks for listening!

  • Thanks for posting it, Mr Lavitz. It's a shame we can't find that Players' recording anymore... I'm glad I've kept it on tape for 20 years. From an old-time Brazilian fan.

  • I keep meaning to make it available through iTunes...soon I hope!

    Thanks!

  • The drummer is the best one...he is the one keeping it going... just listen!

  • it doesn't get any better for me than playing with Rod...!

  • This Amazing song from the Storytime album from T. Lavitz, it was the fisrt song from the Billy Cobham concert in Santiago, Chile in 1988. The Billy Cobham band was: Billy Cobham on Drums, Jeff Berlin on Basses and T. Lavitz on Keyboards. Incredible show that I had the opportunity to was there.

  • The original version is from T Lavitz album "Storytime"
